X Meeting Point

X Meeting Point is the official event hotel for IWT 2027, offering comfortable accomodation and dinging just outside Oslo. The hotel is easily accessible from both Oslo city centre and Oslo airport, making travel simpe for international and domestic participants.

The hotel offers dog friendly rooms, generous outdoor areas, and ample parking for cars, vans and camper cans. With modern fascilities, on-site dining and close proximity to the competition area, X Meeting Point offers a practical and well-organised base during the event.

ACCOMODATION

Hotel Rooms

Participants book their own accomodation. Special accommodation rates are available for IWT 2027 participants. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with quality beds, free Wi-Fi and breakfast included.

Located within walking distance to the competition ground, staying here will give you a well located stay during the championship.

Single Room: NOK 1,185
Double Room: NOK 1,350

  • Rates per night, incl. breakfast

  • Dog-friendly rooms are available for a surcharge of NOK 250 per rom, per stay

  • Guaranteed  check-in from 15:00

Parked Cars

PARKING

The hotel offers parking for cars and campervans throughout the IWT weekend. 

CARS: NOK 150/24 hrs
CAMPERVANS: NOK 300/24 hrs

Please note:

It is poosible to charge el-vehicles on allocated parking spots, and parking is done through the App: Easypark. There are no electricity or water available for campervans.

DINING

Dinner Options

Dinner is included in the Registration Fee for all team members. Other participants and officials are welcome to join by booking via the link below.

Friday offers a relaxed and informal buffet, providing an opportunity to meet and socialise.

On Saturday, the official IWT dinner is held, bringing participants, officials and guests together for a more formal and festive evening.
